One thing that modelers are not lacking is a choice of hobby paints. In recent years, those which are offered in 17ml 'eyedropper' bottles have become very popular in Europe and various bottle designs are used by major manufacturers. I personally like them as it makes getting the paint out of the bottles a lot easier than digging out of tinlets or having to pour from a glass jar.

Hataka is a line out of Poland and while they do water based acrylics, I prefer lacquers when it comes to painting. Lacquers do require additional precautions, but the improved quality of the paint along with the greater adhesion makes these types of paint worth it. I also find that lacquers provide a smoother finish.I've used these paints and really like them. So when I saw this set at a decent price, I went for it.

This particular set covers what is listed as every color used on the USAF's F-15s and I think they are correct. It includes Air Superiority Blue, Light and Dark Ghost Grey, Mod Eagle Grey, Aggressor Grey and finally Gunship Grey. The nice thing is that several of these shades can be used on the F-16 as well so that adds to the usefulness of the set. It would have been nice to include the interior shade as well, but then it wouldn't fit into the standard 6 paint set. Well worth picking up if you like to use lacquers.
