Propblur 1/144 propeller blades v2.0

KIT #:
PRICE: $5.00
DECALS: N/A
REVIEWER: Scott Van Aken
NOTES: Etched brass

Propblur has been around since 2000 and this set is a revised edition of its former 1/144 props. What has been revised is the center of each blade. Previous sets were much broader in the middle and it was felt that the thinner blade was more realistic. I have to say that I agree.

This set includes ten blades for the ridiculously low price of $5.00 a set. That is enough to do any twin engine plane in this scale. Two sets will be enough to do a propliner such as a DC-7 or Viscount. Each one of these replaces a blade and they are quite easy to use. One simply cuts off the old blade flush with the hub or spinner, then you drill a small hole the size of the shank on each of these blades and glue it in place. Cannot get a whole lot easier.

I have used these on several projects and like how they look. I think you will as well.
