Patrulla Aguila

Thirteen of the 42 Aviojets based at San Javier are painted in the "Patrulla Aguila" scheme.
Aircraft and pilots for the display team are provided by the Escuela de Vuelo Básica, while the ground crew comes from the Escuadrón de Mantenimiento. Its strength comprises fourteen instructors and seven as reserves.
"Patrulla Aguila" it is not a full-time role for the people involved; as is the case with other European teams, instructors and aircraft must perform their primary role within the Escuela de Vuelo Básica. Rehearsals take place two days a week, during the afternoon.
The "Aguilas" perform three different routines depending upon weather conditions and visibility:

  - the flat display has a 1,000-ft (305-m) ceiling

  - the low display has a 2,500-ft (760-m) ceiling

  - the hight display has a 4,500-ft (1370-m) ceiling

June 1995 marked the team's 10th anniversary.

Word of Caution:
The above websites were on the page of events of the 50th Anniversary of the Portuguese AF, on the FAP website.
I don't know if the links are still alive. Maybe I've sent you some of these websites before.
The SeaKing it's no longer in service in 814 Sqn (replaced by the EH-101 Merlin), however I've added the related websites because maybe some photos of their funny Tiger schemes can be found there.
