NOTES:

The accessory under review is the Tracks for the KV series of Tanks in 1/35 scale. I have very little information about the manufacture as none is provided in or on the box . Apart from MW A302 and it states Tracks Complect Soviet Heavy Tanks KV-1 KV-2, KV-8, and KV-14.

A single sheet of paper for the instructions is misleading as it implies they are link and length. They are separate links.

So just what do you get for your money , a completed set of 200 individual track links with a little flash , but each link does have a ejector pin mark on the reverse side it is no hardship to fill them in.

I started by cleaning up 15 links and then dry test fitting them , apart from having to use the file a little more they fitted ok. It will really depend on how much time you are prepared to spend on the cleaning up.

I used my normal liquid glue and had no problems with it at all.

I left them to set overnight and I had no warping or any other problems .

I filled in the ejector pin holes and left them to dry and then a quick flick over with the file and everything was ok.

Close examination shows the face of the track plate to have a very slight casting effect as per the original track plate.

Note you will have to do your research as these tracks have a guide horn on every link. Not all the KV series used these some had horn and flat plate alternately. Easy to cut of the unwanted guide horns.

For the price they are very good.

Highly recommended and I look forward to more tracks from this company. See scan of box art and instructions and worked example.
