Modelers looking for more options than what comes with the DML/ Dragon, Hobby Boss, or even the ancient Airfix kit have a lot to choose from with this sheet.

Ukraine’s Print Scale Decals offers 12 different planes to choose from, although there is a mix of P-61As and Bs. Different options such as noses and the dorsal gun turret that means a modeler will have to match the external options for the plane they are building to markings that correspond to it for authenticity’s sake. Included are 4 different P-61As of the 6^th Night Fighter Squadron, 3 of the 422^nd NFS, 1 of the 427^th NFS; 3 P-61Bs of the 548^th NFS, 1 each for the 415th, 416^th and 422^nd NFS

Black Widow units in both Europe and the Pacific operated examples in olive drab and neutral gray as well as overall gloss black that naturally made them harder to see during night operations.

Print Scale’s decals slide off smoothly and are of sharp quality, which is why they have become my go-to source for aftermarket decals in the past few years. In the US they are only available on-line, although people in other countries have some other local options.
