| THE KIT |
Master
Box has produced another fine figure set, this time a group of German signals
personnel during the Stalingrad fighting of the summer of 1942. The set includes
five figures of which one is clearly part of a signals team. This figure has a
cable reel on his back for running land-line telephones. The other four are part
of his protection and three of them are in a crouched and running position. As
is typical with these sets, there are a considerable number of parts to attach
to the various figures. All the pieces are very well molded with no mold
glitches aside from standard mold seams. No instructions are given other than a
parts location chart. Painting and coloring information is in color on the back
of the box with the color chart offering Vallejo, Tamiya, Lifecolor, Humbrol and
Agama references. There is also a reference for the camo pattern on the uniforms
that some wore.
| CONCLUSIONS |
Overall, an excellent set of figures that can be used alone or incorporated into a diorama.
