Moving on to something a bit different, Ultracast has chosen to do a couple of sets of exhaust for the Tamiya 1/48 Beaufighter. I call them 'corn cob' exhausts because of the resemblance they have to corn cobs. Perhaps it is just an Illinois thing....  Anyway, there are two different sets, one of them taller than the other. I'm not exactly sure which versions use which, but I'm sure that your references will be able to help on determining this. One thing that I do know is that they are superbly formed and absolutely free from any casting errors other than perhaps a touch of seam flash. If you need a good set of exhaust, these are highly recommended.
