Moving onto
helicopters, here is a superb replacement cockpit for the Hobby Boss kit. I'm
not sure if this is good for an Mi-8 as well, but perhaps. The set is not sized
for the KP Mi-8, but it might fit that kit as well. The set includes a full
cockpit, upper inside roof section, two seats, both collective and cyclic
controls, rudder pedals, a lever of unknown use, instrument panels, and a rear
cockpit door. It is molded to Pavla's usual high standards and comes with a
complete set of instructions and painting guide. About the only cutting needed
is to remove the kit cockpit floor to allow this one to fit in its place. As you
might imagine, there is also a cabin upgrade set and that will be covered later.
