Better late
than never is one way to look at sets for these venerable Hasegawa kits. The
Hasegawa Lightning F.6 has always been considered to be accurate in outline, yet
it was sadly lacking any sort of cockpit detail. Now that is no longer an issue
with the latest release from Pavla. This set is quite simple and adds a ton of
detail where none was before. A bit of trimming is needed to install this, and
Pavla provides complete instructions. You get a superbly detailed cockpit tub,
bang seat, instrument panel/anti-glare shield and a control stick. Full painting
instructions are provided as well.
A great way to enhance those Lightnings you have waiting
in your stash.
