Continuing with the superb replacement wheels, this is another couple of sets for the Corsair and the Hellcat. These are the 32"x8" standard wheels with set 48188 being a radial tread and 48189 having smooth tread. I really don't understand why there are so many different tread types, but perhaps it has to do with where they were made.

The wheels are superbly molded without a trace of molding flaws. Ultracast products are always top notch and I've never had one with any sort of glitch. Removing the wheels from the resin base should be quite easy to do; a razor saw making quick work of it.

These wheels are applicable to any 1/48 F4U and F6F that uses the standard wheels, which would be about all of the early/mid production aircraft.
