True Details has been doing a bunch of nice things for 1/32 modelers and this is the second neat bit that has been produced for the Hasegawa 1/32 F-104 Starfighter. The set includes 14 resin parts, not all of which will be needed depending on how you do this area.

Basically, one removes all the extant detail from the kit's gun bay and hangs onto the gun barrel assembly. All the rest of the bits will come from the resin upgrade kit. You get two main gun bodys. One is behind a protective cover and the other is open. For the open version, there are some small bits that will need to be added. The set also comes with a nicely done replacement rear door with all the proper molded in detail. A full set of instructions is included with photos to be sure you get everything in the right place.

A very nice set and if you want to gussy up your big F-104, then this set is a must.
