This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the Academy 1/48 T-50B Golden Eagle. This version is specially built for South Korea's aerobatic team as opposed to the standard T-50 supersonic trainer. The set is somewhat unusual in that apparently the kit offers two sets of landing gear, one compressed and one fully extended. In addition to the main and nose gear struts, you have the usual ancillery retraction pistons and other small bits that are common to modern jets. These are direct replacements for the kit parts.

The gear is quite sturdy, and all one needs to do is clean up the mold seams, paint things and install them. As you can see from the image, the casting is first rate.
