This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the new Z-M 1/48 Horton Ho-229 flying wing. The set is somewhat complex and so some of the more easily bent bits are in metal sprues. There is the huge nose wheel with most of the large retraction struts being used for that assembly. The two main landing gear have a pair of longish struts as well, but most of the bits are for the nose gear. The set is nicely cast and a direct replacement for the kit parts. This is the second time this plane has been kitted in this scale with Dragon doing so some 25 years back. I'm sure the Z-M kit is nicer and easier to built. It also is not $25.00.
