This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the Hobby Boss 1/48 MiG-17F. As the MiG is a pretty simple aircraft, so is the landing gear for it. The set includes a pair of main landing gear and their retraction struts. The nose gear has a separate fork section to trap the nose wheel. This set is a direct replacement for the one that comes in the kit.

The gear is quite sturdy, and all one needs to do is clean up the mold seams, paint things and install them. As is the norm, some of the thin pieces may be a tad bent, but will straighten up quite easily.
