This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the Hasegawa 1/48 Sea King. This kit has been boxed as both the SH-3 and the Westland version, but are basically the same. You can also find the Hasegawa Sea King in a Revell of Germany box. The set includes a new tail gear with built in wheel, new main gear struts, oleo scissors and retraction struts. This set is a direct replacement for the kit parts
The gear is quite sturdy, and all one needs to do is clean up the mold seams, paint things and install them. As is the norm, some of the pieces can be a tad bent, but will straighten up quite easily.
