The latest goodie from MAW is a resin F-18A+ Hornet update set. This is designed for the Hasegawa F-18A kit and contains a new nose, new forward nose gear bulkhead, two new UHF antennas and a GPS antenna dome. The set comes with a placement guide to help be sure that the bits are in the right place. It was mentioned with the set that there may be a 'ghost seam' on the nose. This will disappear under the first coat of paint
As I've come to expect from MAW, the bone white resin is superbly crafted with no defects and outstanding detail. A needed set for those wanting to do the updated early Hornets
