Here is something that should prove to be useful for anyone modeling aircraft from the Vietnam War onward. This set includes two 500 lb MK.82 'slicks'. In addition, there are a variety of other bits and pieces. This is a reissue of one of Master Detail's earlier offerings.

The bomb itself is in two parts, just like the real thing. There is a jig provided to help align the separate tail fins, a very nice touch. The attachment points are shown on the tail of the bomb. Pylon or TER lugs are also included. You also get conical nose plugs, Mk 43 Target Detecting nose pieces, M904 Mechanical Impact Fuzes, M953A1 Mechanical Time Fuzes and two Fuse extenders. My set came with both fuse extenders broken from the resin pour stub. This set is superbly molded as are all Master Details sets.  All resin kits with require a small amount of clean-up to remove molding flash and sprue gates.

The set comes with complete assembly and painting instructions.
