This particular set provides a couple of things for the Dragon kit. This one has a rear stowage rack for not only a spare tire/wheel, but also for general stowage. The set includes all the bits needed aside from the spare and includes wire to be used to make the various hinges. The set comes complete with instructions and list of tools needed to complete this very cool rack.
