This particular set of wheels is designed for the Hasegawa 1/32 FW-190A. The kit provides only the smooth tires that is really only appropriate for the late 190A/D versions and not the earlier variants. This set is a direct replacement for the kit parts. Once removed from their pour stubs, only a bit of cleanup is needed prior to painting and use.
