The Hasegawa/Mania 1/48 F4U-4 Corsair is a super model despite its age. As an older model, what it is most lacking is a detailed cockpit. While the kit one was considered top of the line in the 1970's, it isn't up to today's standards. That has all changed with this release by CMK. 

The set includes all you need to have a thoroughly modern cockpit. A resin tub and sidewalls are the major pieces with photo etch for control knobs and the instrument panel. Though not mentioned in the instructions, you also get some detail bits for the tail wheel in the form of rear door interiors and some braces. A crystal clear canopy tops out this great set. In no time, you'll have a -4 Corsair that will be a real beauty.
