Have to say that I've not seen this sort of thing before, though I'm sure that modern jet enthusiasts know all about it. It appears that it fits on the wing weapons pylon where one would mount the Sidewinder missile. The casting is superb and once one removes the small pour stub, it is ready to paint and mount in place. For those of you doing late Tomcats, this would seem to be a requirement.
