Xtradecal X32034: BAe Hawk 208 Sq (R) Special

This is just one of many special scheme decal sheets offered by Xtradecal. In this case, it is the markings carried by a 208Sq (R) aircraft in 2009 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the RAF Benevolent Fund. The two sheets provide all of the special paint bits along with some standard stencils (at least those not covered by the special paint). As you can see, this sheet is superbly printed and quite colorful with the underside roundel in several pieces to make it easier to install over the rather convoluted surface that is there. I believe that those bit which go over the gear doors and flap hinge fairings are separate as well.

The set includes a full color placement guide with photos of the actual aircraft which might prove useful. It makes for a great looking special scheme and even more so on the big Revell Hawk.
