Note: | For the Revell 1/72 Type VII U-boat |
Here's a first for me. A new sheet for the upcoming new Revell 1/72 Type VIIC U-boat. The sheet includes markings for the following boats: U-79, 82, 95, 96, 132, 136 (two styles), 201 (three styles), 202, 204,235, 262, 302, 558 and 564. Decals are superbly printed and very opaque. These are basically conning tower markings that were used by a large number of U-boats during WWII.
Included with the sheet are an excellent set of directions on placement as well as 6 special camouflage schemes. Each U-boat scheme has a small history of the boat in question including its final captain, the fate of the boat and the amount of tonnage sunk.
It is a great idea to offer this sheet as I'm sure the
Revell U-boat will become a very popular model. It bodes well that this is
listed as 'part 1' so I'm sure there will be more to come. An excellent
sheet that you really must consider buying.
This sheet is available direct by using the e-mail address in the link below or checking with your favorite store.
