Here is another oldie from Microscale. This one is on Korean War F-86s and includes markings for the US RF-86A. This particular variant has never been kitted and I don't think there are any conversions available for it. Would have been very nice if Microscale had given us a reference or perhaps a nice three view showing the camera package, but they didn't. I imagine that one will have to dig through the library to find anything about it.

Anyway, there are two aircraft on the sheet. There are enough common markings  and insignia to do one aircraft. The instruction sheet has an excellent placement guide for all the data decals. If you are doing the RF-86, you need to paint the yellow bands though the bands are provided.

The F-86E is from the 39th FIS at Suwon in the Spring of 1953. It has the standard yellow fuselage and wing bands which will need to be painted, though the checkered tail markings are with the decal. Though the pilot is not mentioned, the aircraft has two Mig kills.

The RF-86A is from the 15th TRS and was part of Project Ashtray. The aircraft was based at Kimpo in 1953. This one has a yellow nose in addition to the yellow fuselage, wing and tail bands.

Though undoubtedly designed for the Monogram F-86 kit, it should fit the newer and MUCH nicer Hasegawa kit without too much trouble.
