This sheet covers three P-51D mustangs from the 354 FG. All are the aircraft of aces, all are unpainted metal with OD anti-glare panels. There is no recommended kit, but most will use the Tamiya Mustang as it is probably the best one out there in this scale. Actually, these markings should work on almost any P-51D kit so if you already have one of the others, give it a try!

First is 'Killer' of Rober Stephens, the CO of the 355 FS. He ended the war with 10 victories. Blue spinner and invasion stripes on the wings add a bunch of color.

Next is 'The Prodigal Son' of Bartholomew Tenore. This 356 FS ace had 6 victories. His aircraft has a white spinner and standard black ID stripes on the wings and tail planes.

Finally, 'Angel's Playmate', the aircraft of Bruce Carr of the 353 FS. He had a score of 15 aircraft on his yellow-nosed Mustang.

Thanks to this being 1/72, there are insignia and data markings for all. The instructions have an excellent data placement guide.
