Here is a nice sheet for some F-18C Hornets. Both of these planes are in the two color grey scheme of FS 36320 uppers and FS 36375 undersides. There are slight differences in the way the planes are painted and the instructions point out these differences.

First up is the VFA-136  'Knighthawks' CAG bird with nice blue markings and assigned to the USS George Washington.

The other is from VMFA-323 'Death Rattlers', then based an MCAS El Toro. This is the squadron commander's plane and includes a transposed serial number, something that does happen from time to time.

For kits, most will immediately go for the Hasegawa version as it is the most readily available. There are others by Italeri and Airfix, but are not quite up to snuff. The sheet includes full data markings for both aircraft.
