The second Superscale sheet for the CzechModel 1/48 Bamboo Bomber also covers two aircraft; one military and one civil. Personally, I like that civil options are provided on the sheet. Too often it seems that aftermarket decal makers miss out on opportunities to involve civilian subjects into their products. Like the last sheet, this one has two Jacobs engined aircraft.

First option is a Pan Am multi-engine trainer. It was not uncommon for major airlines to provide pilot training for their fleet and those who needed multi-engine certification could get it with the airline. This one is painted an overall aluminum dope, the decal sheet taking care of the walk ways and nose anti-glare panel.

The other is a UC-78 from the 25th Liaison Squadron, 5212 Photographic Wing in New Guinea during 1943-44. It is also overall aluminum dope with the modeler needing to paint the rudder white and the engine nacelles black to properly do this scheme. The anti-glare panel and wing walk areas are provided on the decal sheet.

As with other new Superscale sheets, these markings are superbly printed by Cartograf in Italy and will make for a great presentation.
