Here's another CAG bird decal sheet. This time it is for VFA-151 'Vigilantes' aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln in 2004. As an old USN hand, I'll forever associate VF-151 with the USS Midway and her two Phantom squadrons. Seeing this unit with NE tail codes (again, something I associate with the USS Ranger), is a bit odd. As befits current CAG birds, the fin is black with the unit's tail stripes in bright yellow on the outside and the unit badge on the inside of the fins. Superscale has provided the ship's code in duplicate to prevent any bleed-through when applied over the yellow markings. The sheet also provides a full stencil suite and the false canopy, making it most complete.

The recommended kit is the Hasegawa version, however, I'm sure that these markings will fit the Monogram kit as well, though you may have to do a bit of trimming or painting to get everything to match.
