This is the third new 1/32 sheet from Superscale since they have decided to start releasing new material in this scale. This sheet covers one aircraft, an F4U-4 from VMA-332. This unit has the very colorful white cowl band with red polka dots on it and is a popular modeling theme. It is designed for the new Trumpeter 1/32 F4U-4 Corsair kit and though not mentioned in the instructions, you will have to do some modification to the kit. You see, according to the data block, this is an F4U-4B and those aircraft were armed with four 20mm cannon in place of the six .50 calibre machine guns. It should be an easy enough mod to make.

The sheet also comes with a rather complete data markings suite and an excellent placement guide. Use of all these markings is discretionary as not all planes carried all the markings so it is a good idea to have a photo if possible. Overall, a super sheet and one that will undoubtedly improve the looks of your big scale Corsair.
