Continuing with the rather large number of 1/32 F-18 decal sheets that were produced by Superscale comes this one of a VMFA-451 aircraft. This sheet comes from the early 1990s as it portrays an aircraft that participated in Desert Storm. Modelers will like it as it carries no stencil data and is rather weathered. That means that you can use the entire sheet on this one. It is in the simplified TPS of FS 36320 upper and FS 36375 undersides. Even the false canopy for the bottom of the aircraft is provided. Though no recommended kit is given, at the time, only Revell and Hasegawa did 1/32 F-18s. It would undoubtedly fit the newer Academy kit, even though it may mean backdating it some to late F-18A standards.
