Since most Superscale sheets come in twos, this is the second F-84 sheet for the 1/32 Hobby Boss kit. This time, it is an F-84E and flown by a rather famous pilot, Col. Robert Scott when he was the commanding officer of the 36 FBW. This one will require some painting to do as the tailplanes will need to be painted white prior to adding decals. The tip tanks are blue and will also need to be painted to match the stripes. No FS number is provided for these. The rest of the aircraft is unpainted metal with the anti-glare panels being olive drab.
Superscale provides two plus sheets to cover what is a rather extensive set of markings for a 1/32 aircraft. This includes basic data markings as well as insignia and the wing USAF markings. These latter items are pre-cut on the lower wing to allow it to fit on the gear doors, a nice touch. Decals themselves are superbly printed by Cartograf. The end result will be a very colorful plane for your big display shelf.
