This neat sheet is designed to fit the Czech Model 1/32 F-80C Shooting Star modified with the True Details resin recce nose. As a note, the kit will have to have a bit of back dating. It will probably use the older wheels and the F-80A canopy without the additional rear section as is provided in the kit (though not always so check photos).

Markings are for two aircraft and the sheet provides insignia for one plane.

First up is a camouflaged version from the 45 TRS at Kimpo, Korea in 1952. This one simply had Olive Drab painted over the bare metal finish. Note that the canopy frame is not overpainted, nor is the windscreen. Note that the turbine warning stripe is partially red and partially yellow.

The other is also a Korean War veteran as assigned to the 15th TRS in 1953 at Kimpo. It is overall natural metal with an OD nose anti-glare panel. There are canopy heater decals provided for both options in case you decide to use kit decals to do both.

There is no indication of who printed these, but they may well be Cartograf decals as they are superbly printed and quite colorful. The full color instructions help to show where everything goes.
