Another nice sheet for Pacific P-38s. All these are part of the 8th FG during various times in its moves through the islands of the Western Pacific. The Hasegawa kit is the one that most will use, but you know, the Academy and even the Monogram kits should work well. Enough insignia and data markings for one aircraft, but if you want to do them all, the kit decals should work well in this regard.

First up is a P-38L-1 from the 80 FS at Ie Shima in 1945. This is 'Peggy's Pegasus' and has a really great nose art to go with its green trim.

Also trimmed in green is this 80 FS P-38J-10 from Nazdab New Guinea in mid 1944. No name on this one, but the nose art is quite nicely done. OD over Neutral grey with a bit of yellow added to the back of the spinner.

Finally, another P-38J-10 from the 35 FS with the same artwork as on the plane above.  This time, it is named 'Lazy Lady' with yellow nose and tail trim and white spinner tips. Again OD and Neutral Grey from 1944.

With all the Pyn-up sheets, you get white backings for the artwork and a spare in case you need it as the artwork decals are very thin.

As with all Cutting Edge products, the research is quite thorough and all that information is provided in with the decals to ensure that you have the most accurate presentation that is possible. These sheets are extremely limited to 300 copies so if you want it, you need to get it soon.
