Max Decals doesn't produce sheets with the frequency that we see from some others, but every release is well worth the wait. Their decals are generally full of fascinating subjects, and this most recent one is no exception.
There are aircraft from 12 different nations in this one with some nations having multiple options. Using the decal set illustration, we'll start with Ireland. It is natural that this be the main item and inside you'll find markings for all six of the aircraft that have been with the Irish Air Corps. This includes badges for the Silver Swallows aerobatic team.
Next is Katanga, a short-lived breakaway area from the Congo. Two aircraft are possible with this option.
Next we have Senegal. Apparently these planes were unnumbered, but you do have two camouflage options with this one.
NT-44 is the option provided for Algeria.
El Salvador is the next one with their planes painted an overall OD.
Camaroon provided two aircraft marked EL or AV.
Next to it is SVMAS as on the aircraft from Togo.
Below that is the option for Morocco, followed by a very colorful plane from Bangladesh.
For the last two options we have an aircraft from Lebanon, and one of the few places to manufacture the Magister, Finland. For the Finnish optionthere are several serials and one of the options makes use of all the da-glo stripes on the smaller second sheet. As you can see, Max Decals has provided nose anti-glare panels as well as data markings and black stripes used on several of the various options.
You'll need to check the very informative full color instruction sheet to get the specifics on each plane as there are some differences. For kits, there are ones done by Heller and Airfix and unknown to me are ones by Valom and MPM, so perhaps the latter are yet to come. The decals are superbly printed and if you have any interest in the type or small air forces, you simply must put the grabs on this one.
