Continuing with new releases from Jasmine Models is this 1/72 sheet on the Blue Angels F-18A. The sheet contains enough markings to do any one of the team's planes. There is a set of instrument decals included with the sheet as well as a nice Blue Angels badge to add to your display.

The decals are superbly printed and seem to have a white backing to all the yellow bits to prevent problems with bleed-through. The modeler may want to  paint the tips of the wings, fin and stabs, but these markings are included on the sheet. There are serial/pilot tie-ins for nine aircraft. No chart is provided for any of these aside from what you can glean from the placement/painting guide for aircraft #1, but a check of www.blueangels.navy.mil may shed light as to which goes with which. I'm not sure what season this represents, but since the logos are for a 'Boeing' Hornet, it has to be within the last 10 years.

Overall, a very fine sheet that is most welcome. I particularly like the resealable bag and the inclusion of a large sheet of waxed paper to keep the decals from sticking.  If you can't find this locally, ask your hobby shop to order it for you.
