This particular sheet is a downsizing of the fine sheet on the 1/48 F-16C/D Barak. It includes the same unit badges and markings as the larger sheet as well as a full suite of stencils, insignia and lettering to cover all the markings worn by the Barak during its service life. Unlike the 1/48 sheet, this one does include the oversized insignia used by some of the aggressor aircraft and has enough normal insignia/data markings to do two aircraft. 

Most modelers will want to use the Hasegawa F-16B/D kit with IsraDecal's conversion, but the kits are pretty difficult to find. ESCI has a B that has been reboxed by Italeri that should be easier to locate. There are a number of conversions one can use with this, including, I believe, one by IsraCast. Check their website for availability.

Regardless of which kit you use, this sheet will allow you to do a super looking model and is highly recommended.
