Hobbydecal's most recent stencil sheet is for the  F-15A/C  Eagle. This sheet consists of all the stencils and data markings applicable to the 1/48  Eagle. It also includes slime lights, wing walk areas, insignia and a plethora of other smaller markings that are so common on today's modern jets.

Not only is the sheet superbly done, but the placement diagram is incredible and shows precisely where every marking is to be placed. Should you be wondering about kits, Revell-Monogram and Hasegawa (and I think Academy) do F-15A/Cs with the Hasegawa kit the one most will choose. If you are going to put all the time and effort into the 1/48 Eagle, you really should consider this set of markings.
