This sheet from Fundekals is for a movie aircraft. Specifically the Spitfire IX that played AI*A in the 1969 movie Battle of Britain. Now I have to admit that I am not sure if the serial/codes are accurate for a real Spitfire I/II, but they certainly look the part.
The set includes two sheets that include not only serials and codes, but also insignia and the red cloth gun opening covers. This sheet is also available in 1/48 and 1/32 scale for those who wish to model in those scales. As with all their releases, the placement guide that comes with a short history and photos of the aircraft, is available on their website. One thing for sure, this will make for an interesting conversation piece and gives you a chance to do a Spit IX in early camo colors.
Thanks to Fundekals for the review sheet. You can find this and other products on their website.
