Vinyl Mask

An accessory that has grown in popularity over the years has been vinyl masks. Designed for model clear bits, there are even masks for camouflage schemes and other areas where masking is important. This particular set is designed for the Hasegawa 1/48 A-7D/E Corsair II

The mask includes sections for the canopy and wheel hubs. As you can see, this one includes masks that cover the entire windscreen and the edges of the canopy itself. You simply fill in the rest with tape. With this set you also get masks for the taxi light.

I have not shown the actual mask as you'd see nothing but a black rectangle. The set cover does a fine job of showing what is included.  Overall it is a very handy item and if you have never used a mask set, I think you will be pleased.
