Furball Aero-Design FS 48-041: F-4 Tan Canopy Framing

If you are as I, you do not like all the fussy masking required to replicate windscreen and canopy glass seals that are so prevalent on modern kit. Furball Aero-Design has notice this and has done a number of sets just for this purpose.

This particular set is for the USAF's F-4C/D/E/F/G variants and is in a light tan color. There are sufficient decals for the modeler to do two complete kits. The kit recommended for this set is the recent Academy offering that has also been reboxed by Eduard. I am sure many are wondering if this will fit the Monogram or the Hasegawa or even the old ESCI kits, but I really do not know as it was not designed for those kits. You would think that they would, but experience has shown me that parts from one kit maker, even if they look identical to the part from another, do not always fit.

It is a great addition to their line and perfect if you are planning to use any of Furball's fine decal sheets on your next Academy Phantom.
