Most of us like F-4 Phantoms. Those that don't really need to seek the services of a professionsl. :o) This particular sheet is for a couple fo rather colorful planes from the early years of the bird. Both are in the light gull grey and white scheme. In terms of what kits can be used, you have a number of options. First would be the Hasegawa family of F-4s, followed by the Fujimi ones and the Monogram F-4J. Really, any of these would make into a fine model as they are all well done and well detailed.
The first plane is from VF-51 in the old 'supersonic can opener' scheme. It is also a Mig Killer from the Vietnam War, though not the plane assigned to the pilots on that mission. This is an F-4B so you'll need to use either the Hasegawa or the Fujimi plane to duplicate this one. As a note, the drawing shows the intake rwr antennas. The F-4B did not carry these. Those were retrofitted when the F-4N was developed in the mid 1970s.
The other is from the RAG (Replacement Air Group) on the west coast for the F-4, VF-121. These planes were rather colorful as well and though the instructions say it was assigned to the USS Ranger, that is inaccurate as VF-121 never deployed. However, they did do carrier quals on whatever boat happened to be available, so it is feasible that this particular plane was photographed on that ship when doing qualifying. Since it is an F-4J, you can add the Monogram kit to your list of possible models.
As usual, I've cropped some of the common markings from the bottom of the sheet.
