To go along with the earlier Tomcat stencil sheet, this one is for the USAF F-4 Phantom II. The sheet is for the early versions and while it shows only the F-4E, I'd bet that this would be appropriate for the F-4C and F-4D as well. What they mean by 'early' is basically those that were applied at the factory and not the white markings of the mid-1970s. A couple of notes. First is that the 'slime lights' may not be appropriate to the aircraft you are modeling, especially early Vietnam use as these lights were not developed until around 1970 or so. Second, on factory painted aircraft, the only insignia with a blue surround was that under the wing. In terms of insignia, slime lights and wing walkway areas, the sheet provides enough for three planes. For the main stencil suite itself, there is sufficient for one plane as the F-4's stencil suite was considerable.
An excellent placement guide is provided so that you can apply all of those tiny decals without any problem. Oh yes, I'd ignore the colors shown on the sheet as they are more of a guide than what was actually applied to the aircraft.
