It seems that I'm slowly building up a small collection of Detail and Scale 1/48 sheets. This one is on the 48 FIS and includes markings for four aircraft with two different schemes. The 48 FIS started with a white band outlined in black with a pair of white stripes added to the rudder. You can see that in the illustration shown above. What isn't shown is the later scheme consisting of a blue outlined white chevron on the tail with a blue and white striped rudder. It is this scheme that was in use when they transitioned to the F-15A. Of course, all of the FIS units are now long gone, a casualty of the end of the Cold War and the diminished threat of the Red Menace!

The decal sheet provided serials for three planes (one is used with both markings) and placement guides for four. If you have two Monogram kits, you can do two planes with this sheet if one is in the older and the other in the newer markings. The common markings such as insignia and USAF logos will have to come from the kit or another source.
