NOTES:

Like them fancy?

Here are a couple of very fancy Starfighters. While I'm not 100% positive, I'd have to say that, to date, the F-104 has probably had more special schemes applied to it than any other military aircraft. The Italians have been especially prolific in this area and these two scheme from the early/mid 1990s are no exception.

First is from the 21 Gruppo/53 Stormo for a Tiger Meet, if I'm not wrong. It was one of the first times I've seen the 'Tiger ripping through the skin of the plane' theme, though it has been done several times since then. The blue matches FS 15056 and the rest is aluminum paint, not bare metal.

The other is from the 28 Gruppo and is an F-104G, not an S model as the first plane. Masking this one will be fun as will placing all those stars, but the end result will be spectacular!

The sheet is designed for the Monogram Starfighter kits as there was no Hasegawa 1/48 kits available at the time. It should fit either with little problem.
