The next new sheet from Caracal Models covers a pair of aircraft from two of the world's 'bad guys'; North Korea and Iran. The options seem to be Fulcrum A versions and there are several available kits of this aircraft from Monogram, Academy and some others in 1/48 scale. Typical of many nations, these planes are somewhat minimally marked.

The North Korean option is in FS 14115/RAL 6016 green over FS 35250 blue. It has a black anti-glare panel and a dark grey nose and antenna covers. This aircraft is one seen in a publicity shot and so it is difficult to tell if it has wing insignia. Normally, they are carried just on the lower wings, but upper wing insignia are also provided if you wish to use them. The two red panels below the cockpit are included in the decal sheet. Probably says something like "crash this plane and you will meet your ancestors".

THe next one is from the 11 TFS, IRIAF based at Tehran. This aircraft is in the desert scheme of FS 33354 sand and FS35526 blue grey with the blue grey being the underside color as well. It carries the Eagle motif on the fin to commemorate 20 years of MiG-29 operations. Note that the aircraft only has the insignia on the fuselage, though a second set has also been included. This plane has no anti-glare panel on the nose. A second set of serial numbers has been included if you wish to do a plane with the black nose panel.
