This particular sheet covers a rather oddly painted VF-41 F-14A. I say oddly painted as it is listed as being overall FS 36321, Dark Gull Grey, a rather odd choice of exterior camouflage. According to this 2001 sheet, the aircraft was operating from the USS Enterprise in 2000. The decals are well printed by Microscale so you know the quality is there. All of the markings are in greys and the sheet includes slime lights and intake walk areas. The biggest problem with this sheet is that almost none of the little numbers by the decals match what is on the decal placement guide! You can figure most of them out without any problem and there are a few on the sheet that are not shown. Most odd.

The sheet is designed for the Tamiya F-14A, but there is no reason why it wouldn't fit the Revell kit as well if you happen to have that one.
