After a bit of a delay, here is sheet three for various types of F-105. Your only option is the Monogram/Revell kit and while a bit old, builds into a great looking model. All these planes are in the standard SEA (SouthEast Asia) four color scheme.

First up is a F-105G (late) from the 17 WWS/388 TFW at Korat in 1972. This one is titled 'Muttley, the Flying Dog'.

'Memphis Belle II', an F-105D from the 357 TFS/355 TFW, at Takhli in 1968 is the next one. This aircraft won two air to air victories.

From the 388 TFW comes 'Arkansas Traveller' flown by Paul Douglas and carrying his WWII victory score.

Finally an EF-105F from the 44 TFS/388 TFW, named 'Roman Knight'.
