F-105s are always popular subject, especially since it isn't impossible to find the Monogram/Revell kits! This one covers four aircraft all in the SEA scheme. Some modifications to the kits will be needed for some of these versions, including taking all the post war mods off the kits as these would not be appropriate. The instructions provide a run-down of what needs to be done.
First up is 'Crown Seven' an EF-105F from the 44 TFS/388 TFW
This is followed by an F-105G (late) of the 17 WWS/388 TFW. This one is named 'Patience' and carries the unit's shark mouth.
'Sam Fighter is an EF-105G (early) from the 354 TFS/388 TFW in 1970. Basically it is an F-105G without the fuselage pods.
Finally a 'normal' F-105D, the ever popular 'Polish Glider' of Don Kutyna from the 44 TFS/355 TFW in 1970.
There are enough insignia and stuff to do all four planes. This sheet and the other 105 sheet are on a slick paper with a dark background which makes it rather difficult to read what is on the instructions. I'd suggest lightening up the background so we can more easily read it.
