How unusual. A Bf-109 decal sheet. This particular sheet is for Battle of Britain aircraft and has basically come from the Classic Publications 'Jagdwaffe' series, though there are other references just to throw you off! All of them have some level of mottling on the sides and most have yellow noses and rudders.

The first is a Bf-109E-4 as flown by Helmut wick of 3./JG 2. This is a popular aircraft and the mottling on the side was done in the field with a sponge, so a hard edge to the markings is what the modeler should seek to attain. No camo coloring is mentioned as they suppose you have excellent eyes and can determine that from the color bar on the back of the instructions. Personally, I want it spelled out for me so I don't have to look around and try to figure out what they mean. It looks like RLM 71/02/65 as do all the others.

Next is black 8 from 2./JG 3 in the same colors as the first plane. The 'tazelwurm' on the nose has been masked prior to painting the nose section and this plane has yellow wing tips.

White 10 is from 1./JG 2 and also has a yellow nose and rudder with medium mottling. As with all the planes on this sheet, it is a Bf-109E-4.

Finally, from 5./JG 27 comes black 6 and has the II./JG 27 'Berlin bear' marking on the nose.

There are a lot of kits of this plane and frankly, all of them will work just fine with the decals given. The sheet provides stencils and insignia enough for two of the subjects.
