You don't see too many Two Bobs sheets reviewed here. Despite promises over the years at various conventions, Two Bobs never has actually gotten around to sending in review sheets like the others. Not sure why, but there it is. Perhaps it is because they don't perceive MM as being a place that jet model builders hang out. Who knows. However, I have had the opportunity to pick a few up from time to time when someone is dumping a lot of sheets. This one is from 2002 and covers a pair of F-14B Tomcats from VF-11. One of them is the CAG bird with a dark blue fin and ventral strake. This color is also used around the cockpit. The other is the squadron commander's plane with their 75th anniversary logo on the fin. The sheet provides data and intake walk and insignia for both aircraft so you could do both if you wished.
The recommended kit is the Hasegawa or Italeri F-14B, but those who have built the Italeri kit tell me it is a distant second from the Hasegawa kit and rife with problems in terms of accuracy. In other words, get the Hasegawa kit and you'll be a lot happier.
